Industrial Designer and Production Manager at Sitton Studio

During my time as a product designer and production manager at SITTON Design Studio, I led multiple product development processes – from initial idea to full-scale manufacturing.
I worked closely with clients to understand their needs and translated them into sketches, 3D models, and production files.
In the factory, I supervised the prototyping and final production, ensuring each product met our quality standards and client expectations.
I introduced structured work methods, improved communication between departments, and helped shorten production times.
This role strengthened my understanding of real-world manufacturing constraints, sharpened my decision-making skills, and showed me how precise design can directly impact production success.
As part of my role, I implemented Lean production principles, together with the studio manager.
This approach significantly improved workflow, empowered the team, and enabled faster deliveries with fewer errors.
